I’ve been a repeat customer for a while now, and this is the only detailing service I trust my car with.

Bram and the team did an amazing job with the interior and exterior deep clean of my car. The first time I brought my car in, it was absolutely dirtyyyyy, the winter salt was no joke. By the time I left, the car looked like it rolled straight off the dealership's lot.

The team is incredibly efficient and has amazing attention to detail. My car always looks brand new! I'm also going to have my car tinted with Bram's team very soon!

Their pricing is very reasonable ESPECIALLY for the quality of service they deliver. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and top-tier car detailing!

I booked a deep interior cleaning and included notes about what I wanted, including the salt on my mats. The appointment was confirmed by email for $149. When I arrived, it was changed to a Full Package Sedan for $220 after I agreed to have the exterior washed.

I wasn't told at the time that there was a complimentary first wash for new customers, I only found that out afterward on my own. That information should have been clearly communicated when I was asked about adding an exterior wash which raised the total to $220.

I also wasn't aware there were different levels of exterior cleaning. No one explained that to me or gave me the option to choose. I thought I was agreeing to a basic exterior wash, not a more expensive service. My exterior wasn't that dirty for a deep clean anyway. You guys wanted to do a deep clean and didn't want to tell me about the complimentary wash to get more money outta me in person, which is wrong.

The final charge came to $248.60, which was not clearly explained beforehand. I also had to point out issues on the spot, including salt stains, food crumbs, and missed areas in the seats and console. Afterward, I noticed more areas that were not properly cleaned, including remaining salt. (picture uploaded)

They offered to retouch my car, but I declined because I’m not comfortable bringing my car back. I asked for a fair partial refund and was denied

Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations due to unclear pricing, lack of transparency, and the quality of the work not matching the price. I don't recommend them

Was here to get my new car to be ceramic tinted by them. They are professional, friendly and offered their expertise on what option would be best based on my needs. I was greeted at my appointment time and done 3 hours later. Would recommend for any future jobs.
